Delivery & Returns

We aim to dispatch your order to you as soon as we possibly can but please allow between 3 – 21 days for delivery, depending on stock availability and the time frame of the courier.

We will let you know via email when your order has been dispatched.

For furniture items we use a reputable courier company. When placing your order, please specify where the courier can park and advise us of any restrictions that they may face. Unfortunately items cannot be transported to your required room, only left in a safe place.

Should you not be home when the driver attempts to deliver your order, you will need to contact the courier company directly to rearrange an alternative delivery.

We do not take responsibility for any items that do not fit through doorways etc. as all measurements are clearly stated on each item description on this website. Please allow leeway for manoeuvring and any tight spaces. Should items not fit your intended space and need to be returned, the return postage/courier fee will be the buyer’s responsibility and the original packaging must be intact. Should this not be the case, a 20% restocking fee will be administered.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please let us know ideally immediately but within 48 hours of receiving your goods. An email with a photo attached showing the damage or fault will be required. We will arrange a collection of the item or will reimburse the P&P charges that you will incur in returning the item to us. A replacement item will be sent out if still required.
